Sheraton Stockholm Hotel er et femstjerners hotellet på Tegelbacken i sentrale Stockholm designet av AOS Arkitekter og åpnet i 1971. Hotellet har 465 rom og er en av Sveriges største luksushotell. Bygget anses å være av stor kulturell verdi, selv om innsiden betydelig ombygd i 2007. Hotellet var det første Sheraton hotell i Europa. Bestill deg billig hotell overnatting

Sheraton ble bygget i forbindelse med omfattende Norrmalm forskrift som skarpe endringer i Stockholm og området rundt Tegelbacken. I midten av gjeldende Sheraton Tegelbacken lav Kronprinsens stall. I denne bygningen ble kaféen Quiet Mari som gav navnet til over-bygget walkway som går av Sheraton kvartal i første etasje. Arbeidet med å bygge det nye hotellet er en del av den radikale rekonstruksjon av Tegelbacken som kjørte 1959/71. Når hotellet åpnet, var det Europas første Sheraton Hotel.
Det er mange billige hotell å velge mellom.
Huset ble designet av AOS Arkitekter og bygget i 1969-1971. Hotellet har 9 etasjer pluss leskur og har en brunröd fasaden av fasadchamotte mot Vasagatan og Tegelbacken mot Hercules Street brun spray puss. Courtyard fasade er hvit spray puss og på gården er en portal som vedlikeholdes av Wredeska Palace [4].

En omfattende innvendig renovering fant sted i 2007 hvor hele interiøret utskifting og med klassisk piano bar forsvant, konferanserom og utvidet rom bygget på.

I løpet av våren 2007, et omfattende utvalg av eiendommer på Norrmalm oppført mellom 1960-1989. Bygningen er klassifisert i fire kategorier i henhold til deres historiske verdi. Sheraton var en av de fjorten hus som hadde en blåmarkering, noe som betyr at byggets historiske verdi tilsvarer kravene til bygningen minner om kulturelle lov.

Hyaluronic syre er en vævsvenligt substans, som er svært lik kroppens egen naturlige hyaluronic syre. Restylane gir volum til støtte hudens struktur, heis og jevner ut rynker og furrows, og ved å gjenopprette en sunn hud utseende. Resultatet kan sees umiddelbart. Det vil være et behov for oppfølging behandling etter 3-6 månedene.

Dersom du ser etter en måte å fjerne rynker på er dette kanskje løsningen på dine problemer.

Agarose er et naturlig, organisk og 100% biologisk nedbrytbart dermatological produkt uten legges syntetisk krydsbindere. Risikoen for bivirkninger i form av utenlandske handlinger eller arvæv beskjedent.

Norway is about to Ban Itunes Downloads Online?

Lets talk about something new and unexpected.
When it comes to downloading music on the web in a legal fashion, Itunes is the undisputed leader. Well, maybe not in Norway.

Norway has a unique set of laws related to technology, particularly as it applies to the web. One set of laws tries to create a consumer friendly air for particular software to product applications. In human terms, these laws state that a software system designed for a specific problem also has to be adaptable to other products not owned by the company in question. In this case, we are talking about the Itunes and Ipod relationship.

Unlike most countries, Norway has a unique way of enforcing its laws in this regard. The country appoints an “Ombudsman” to rule on various issues such as whether a company is or is not complying with the laws of the country. The current ombudsman has ruled that Apple violates the law because Itunes cannot be used to download to Nokia and Microsoft products to name but a few. So, is Itunes going to be blocked in Norway now? No. The company has until October 1st to make changes that allow other products to receive downloads from Itunes. How Apple goes about this, of course, is going to be the interesting development.

Obviously, the Norway ruling is not good news for Apple and its incredibly popular Itunes-Ipod product line. Then again, how big a hit could losing the Norway market be? Probably not a big one, but more bad news may be on the way. Other countries in the European Union are now reviewing the ruling and considering adopting it. If Apple faces this problem across all of Europe, you can bet it will move quickly to modify Itunes.

At the end of the day, the ruling of the ombudsman in Norway may look like the usual unwanted government intervention. In truth, it is probably a good move. As consumers, we should want as much flexibility as possible with the things we pay for. If Itunes can be accessed through more products, it can only be a good thing.

trip more enjoyable, more efficient, and safer.

Here are a few steps you should always follow.

Preplanning

• Always confirm reservations the day before especially for late
arrivals give a credit card guarantee.
Send a copy of your itinerary to significant other or closest
family member. (I also put a copy of my schedule on the
refrigerator.)

TIP: Discuss up front how often and when you will call so family
won't be worried if they don't hear from you. Set aside a
specific time you will touch base either by phone email or fax
(fax is particularly good when out of the country and in
different time zones.)

• Plan to travel light but always put and extra set of underwear
and essentials in your carry on. Pack dress shoes in a carry on
if you wear running shoes to the airport. I once had to make an
important presentation in my sneakers because my luggage was
lost. Include any medications that you need on a daily basis in
your carry on. Carry plenty of water on the plane and take
something for dry throat such as lozenges in your carry on. Put
important phone numbers such as your meeting location in case of
delays in a couple of places among your bags.

TIP: Always carry your important business papers with you on the
plane. DO NOT check your briefcase.

• Pack extra glasses, tissues, and aspirin in your travel bag.
Take snacks such as raisins, nuts or fruit (not candy) in case
you get stranded on a runway and there is no food.

• Double check to ensure you have cash, identification, credit
cards, itinerary and eticket or paper ticket before you leave
home. (Don’t forget your passport if you are traveling out of the
country). Go through your purse to ensure there are no scissors
or similar items that might be construed as weapons. I lost a
very nice pair of scissors that way.

• Don't wear shoes with metal bars/rods in the soles. It is awful
to have to take them off and walk around in your bare feet.
Depending upon the size of the airport this can add considerable
time to the screening process. You can never be too careful. Once
the under wire in my bra set off the alarm at the airport and a
female attendant had to pat me up to make sure I didn't have a
concealed weapon in my bra.

• Plan to arrive at the airport a minimum of two hours before
your flight. The important lesson is to be relaxed and enjoy the
trip. You do not want to start off on a bad foot by rushing
frantically at the last minute. Should your schedule be really
tight, find an agent at the airport and explain the situation.
Don't stand in line expecting them to contact you. Arrive at the
gate at least 20 minutes before departure. If the flight is over
booked, they WILL give away your seat. If you and someone else
have the same seat don't get up and give it to them. Stay seated
and alert a flight attendant. Provide your boarding pass.
Possession is 9/10 of the law. You don't have to move if you got
there first. This is the time to stand your ground or you might
not be on the flight at all.

Norway is a constitutional monarchy in northern Europe, west of Sweden on the scandinavian the peninsula. Apart from Sweden, the country abuts to Russia and Finland. Norway became fully-independent 1905. On 1890 had Norway's aversion with the union increased strong. A walk down Karl Johan, part 2

Hello! and Welcome to an update on this site on Norway By
a norwegian.

Okay, lets again take a dive into the main street in Oslo "Karl
Johan". The start of the street that begins with the Royal palace closeby, is truly
the best part of it, like I have said before. The best shops is placed here. You have
the shopping center "Paleet" wich houses 42 shops and 7 eating places. Here you can
buy lots of different things, but there are mostly high expensive designer clothes
that you will find here. But there are also some electronic shops, like the new
Sony center shop wich is nice. And there are a comicbook shop and a normal bookstore
here that is a nice place to visit. The restaurants here are really high quality, but also
probably one of the most expensive in the entire city. Going out from this somewhat small
shopping center, and going futher down.

You will mostly see more restaurants by the left side. The truth is that there aint much
to see going down this street at all. There are no great statues or buildings or anything like
that. There just are average looking shops, that you have seen a thousand times before.
So for a tourist this is not so great spending a lot of time here, in my opinion. There are better
places to be than here. A new attraction on the Karl Johan street, is that you can hop on a
sightseeing bus. That will take you to many important places in Oslo. I would recommend
that tourist takes this oportunity, go here for a look where the bus goes!

Going more straight down the main street, I would recommed that you visit the shopping
center called "Steen og Strøm" on the right side. It is newly enhanced with a better apperance,
and looks invited and sweet. The prices here are high, very high indeed. So you better have
much money to spend, if you go in here, with the purpose of buying things.
This is a number one thruth about Oslo, it is an EXPENSIVE town indeed. But then again
that goes for almost every city in Norway, is isnt cheap to be a tourist here.

Inside look at the capital of Norway - Oslo, Part 1

This is the first Part, in a coming series of posts, that will cover all kinds of aspects on Oslo.

I will give you the real thruth about what is what, and how it really is. The idea is to try to be as
objective as humanly possible. Although it is in fact impossible to manage to be objective
to anything 100%, this will be like 90% objective or something like that ;)

Lets start this post with one obvious sight in the real center of the city. The main street that goes, all the way from the royal palace and down to the railway station "Karl Johan". Walking down this street, that every tourist in the world will, when coming to Oslo. I will tell you this is both enjoyable and exicting, but dissapointing and unpleasant experience. Before i explain this further, lets take a look at a picture I have taken of the street I will talk about here. This is how "Karl Johan" looks in early winter time: (remember the winters are long and hard in Norway, so this is how the street looks most of the time in the year.)

Let me ask you, does this looks like a pleasant place to be? The Answer it NO, by the way, for many reasons. To start with the look of the buildings that lay alle around the street. Apart from the Royal Palace at were the street starts, the rest is grey-looking, and depressing. The best part of this street is deffinately in the beginning. Because the longer you go down to the end by the trainstation, the more filth you will see. By that I mean both how filthy the street looks with garbage all over, and all that. But also the people going around here. There are lots of drugs being dealt by the trainwaystation, just as you know that. So you dont need a very creative mind to figure at how unpleasant, it is to go around people dealing drugs, and that kind of stuff. I leave it to this for now. I will go alot deeper in all of the aspects about Karl Johan next time, and other Oslo related information then. Stay tuned for Part2.

Lets start this of with some basic info, because lets face it you know almost nothing about Norway.
Travel Advice Norway :
Norway is a rich land, because of their Oil production.
The country borders to Sweden, Finland, and Russia far up north.
You do not need any vaccinations before coming to Norway.
If your planning on taking your car into the country, a valid EU/EEA driving licence is required.
The Currency is "Kroner" wich right now is like 1 NKR = 6 $dollars, or 11 £Pounds.
For the exact currency rates, you could check in this site for instance.

travel book of some kind. Or go to wikipedia.com and read all about it.
Because I admit I dont stand a chance in competing with those long and thoroughly guides on Norway. And thats what this blog is about anyway. In my next post I will start giving you "the real

This blog is written by a norwegian boy, who wanted to give you travelers some information
about how it really is to take a vacation to Norway. Because I actually live in this country, I will give you
correct info, and not just the disguised and not so tru picture, that travel agencies will provide you
with. You may not like everything you read here, since you have come to this site, because you probably are thinking of taking a trip to Norway someday. But fear not, although you now might think,
I will totally trash Norway as a travel destination, but thats not the case. I just want to tell you what I as a
norwegian think about the big cities of this country, attractions, what you should do here, and that
kind of stuff. Keep in mind this site is new, come back for lots lots more of inside information later!
